Terrance "Terry" Laine

Terrance "Terry" Laine passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at his home after a short battle with cancer.

He was born on October 31, 1954, in Virginia, Minnesota, to Vernon and Valerae (Gaffke) Laine.

Terry worked at Lakehead Construction until his retirement.

He had a band with his brother called The Sensations. He was proud and happy playing his favorite music of the 50s and 60s, especially Elvis Presley.

Terry always had a sense of humor, right up to his death.

He is survived by his faithful companions, Roxy and Rozy; wife, Debbie; children: Michael (Shelby) of Fort Worth, TX; Peter (Mindy) of Floodwood; Dana (Nate) of Meadowlands; step daughter, Kristie (Nate); stepson, Brandon (Jenny Ann) of Missoula, MT; brother, Vern (LeAnna) Eveleth; sister, Pam (Jeremy) Pike Sandy, MN; seven grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Valerae; and sister, Susan.

A Celebration Gathering of Terry's Life is being held this Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Timber's Edge Bar & Grill in Eveleth, Minnesota.
