Sandra Kay Albrant

Sandra Kay Albrant, 78, of Hibbing, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Hillcrest Parkside in Hibbing. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Range Funeral Home in Hibbing at 10:00 a.m. with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. Pastor Dan Albrant will officiate. Sandra’s family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Hibbing.
Sandra was born March 21, 1939 in Elmore, MN to Melvin and Reta (Enterline) Clark. She was always smiling-from early on until almost her last day. She was an energetic and loving person who had great curiosity about people and the world. She was musically talented-both voice and piano/organ. Sandra pursued one year of college at the University of Minnesota in the School of Music before leaving to be married to Charles Albrant and raise a family. She loved her children, husband Charles, all her many Masonic friends and extended family. Her grandchildren, Ian, Kayla, Chris, Danny and Nate were especially treasured. Sandra enjoyed traveling-especially a three week trip to Hawaii that she and Chuck took in honor of their retirement. She was a painter and her family has many of her creations to remember her by.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ken; and brother, Scott.

Children: Dan Albrant and Laura Owens
Grandchildren: Chris Albrant, Ian Owens, Danny Albrant, Kayla Owens, and Nate Albrant
Sister: Jode Clark
