Paul N. Vukelich, 95, of Virginia, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Essentia Health Virginia. A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Virginia at 4:00 pm. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Virginia. Paul Nick Vukelich was born September 18, 1921 in Virginia to Nick and Ella (Benchich) Vukelich. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. On June 26, 1948, he was united in marriage to Katherine M. Begich. Paul worked for US Steel for 42 years.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, tinkering, carpentry, and he loved the outdoors. He loved music and playing the button box and the tamburitza

Paul was an extremely loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by:

Wife of 69 years, Katherine

Children: Steve Vukelich (Linda Vainik)

Nick (Diane) Vukelich

Donna (Jeannene Asselin) Vukelich

Grandchildren: Adam, Brynn, and Natasha Vukelich

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary
