Paul David Nicolls

Paul David Nicolls, age 83, of Virginia, MN passed away on May 16, 2024 with his wife by his side.

He was born in Rapid City, South Dakota on February 14, 1941 to Lottie (Judd) and Guy Nicolls.

Paul was a Veteran, served for four years in the Army. Paul loved watching the Packers, Bonanza and Gunsmoke. He loved spending time with his grandkids and family. Paul loved his food, especially cheeseburgers! Paul always gave monthly to Shriners Hospital, and did that for 20 plus years. He had such a loving, caring heart for so many; and we will forever miss him and he will be in our hearts always. Paul was "A friend of Bill Wilson!"

Paul is survived by his wife of 26 years Alice (Polman) Nicolls; daughter Reverend Ashley Nicolls of Sarasota, Florida; son Guy Nicolls of Des Moines, Iowa; two sisters, Ruthie (Nicolls) Jazek of Willamina, Oregon; Donna Frazee of Mcminnville, Oregon; two step-brothers; LeRoy Peterson of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; James Maxwell of Mcminnville, Oregon; two step-sons, Tony Posey of Virginia, Minnesota and Richard (Tammie) Posey of Babbitt, Minnesota; daughter-in-law, Laura Leah Nicolls of North Lewisburg, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lottie and Guy Nicolls; son Cole Nicolls of Texas; son, Benjamin David Nicolls of North Lewisburg, Ohio; as well as his paternal grandparents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
