Michael Keith Bechtold

Michael K. Bechtold, 29, of Biwabik, passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at Northern Pines Medical Center in Aurora. A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Range Funeral Home in Virginia at 2:00 pm. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home. Michael grew up with a twin sister and a younger brother in Mountain Iron. He graduated from MIB, class of 2007. Michael attended a few years of college, but his passion always continued to be working with computers, technology, and cooking. He was recently employed with Giants Ridge Ski Resort in Biwabik.

Throughout high school, he was involved with football, girls basketball as the manger, and baseball. Michael has been working on developing his own software program and working towards his dreams of owning his own restaurant. He will be sadly missed by many, including family and friends.

The family would like individuals to bring in pictures of Mike to place on a memory board at the time of service.

He is survived by his mother, Debra; sister, Kasey; brother, Nick; grandmother, Judy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Aloysius; great grandmother, Maxine; and uncle, Kirk
