Marty Alan Whitt

Marty Alan Whitt, 52, died Monday, May 27th, 2024, Memorial Day, in Hibbing MN. He was born September 24th, 1971 to Thomas Thurman Whitt and Alma Jean Cook. He had spent most of his life living in Hibbing and Chisholm MN. His greatest accomplishment was raising his four beautiful daughters.

His joys in life were working on cars, bodywork, tinkering around with electronics, and building or riding four wheelers, among other things. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his pure determination to keep up with his daughters and them growing up and leaving his nest.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas T. Whitt and Alma J. Whitt; and his sister, Alma L. Koslucher.

Survivors include his children: Ashlynn Jordon (Timmothy Jordon), Amber Whitt, Alexa Whitt (Cody Janezich), and Angelica Whitt; siblings: Harold Whitt, Leonard Whitt, and Delores Hill; several other nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June, 29th, 2024 at the Side Lake Pavilion in the McCarthy State Park from 2pm to 4pm.
