The couple made their home in Kelly Lake for a few years before building their dream home on Spirit Lake Road in Mt. Iron. Together they raised three kids; Mike, Brian, and Kariann. Judy especially loved her 3 grandchildren; Damian, Jocelyn, and Riley. Judy worked various jobs outside her home including a cook using her culinary skills, a daycare provider, she worked at Hibbing Electronics as an auditor for 17 years.
