John Arthur Sundeen

John Arthur Sundeen, 73, died November 16, 2023, at Savanna Prairie Assisted Living Facility in Kimball MN.

John was born on May 23, 1950, in Virginia Minnesota to Arthur Frederick and Laura Alice (Lundberg) Sundeen. He graduated from Virginia High School in 1968 and the Duluth Area Vocational Technical Institute with a focus in electronics. He worked for US Steel and other companies.

John and Hylda Marie Ruotsi were married November 15, 2008. John was a member of Grace Baptist Church. He enjoyed dogs, working with his hands, sharing his Swedish heritage, and camping.

John was preceded in death by his parents, brother James Andrew Sundeen and wife Hylda. John is survived by his sister Nancy (Roger) Ralston, nieces Rebecca (John) Bartlett, Betsy (Josh) Howe, Deborah (Charles) Ralston-Wolfe, nephew Daniel (Kelly) Ralston, 10 grand nieces and nephews, and cousins: Susan Johnson, David (Rose) Lundberg, and Michael Lundberg.

The funeral for John will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Range Funeral Home at 11:30, with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Todd Williamson will officiate.
