Jerry was born on June 29, 1946, in Mason City, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; his kids: Sue Mireault, Tracy and James Powell, Kelly Schultz, and Larry Powell; grandsons, Adam and Lucas Nicpon, Ryan (Alexa) and Jace Powell; very close friends, Rod and Renee Marks; and numerous other family and friends.

Per Jerry's request, there will be no services.
