Glen David Lund

Glen David Lund, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, February 21 from cancer at the Virginia Regional Medical Center. At Glen’s request, no funeral services will be held. A memorial gathering for friends and family will be held Tuesday, February 27 at 2:00 p.m. at Snicker’s Pizza Shop, 212 Grant Avenue, Eveleth. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice is preferred. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Virginia. He was born on December 17, 1956, in Virginia, MN, to August and Anna (Mackey) Lund. He grew up in the Ely Lake area and attended Eveleth Schools. He worked at LTV Mining Company and in construction.

Glen was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by brothers Gregory (Patricia) Lund of Angora, Gary Lund of Virginia and Geoffrey (Eileen) Lund of Casper, Wyoming, and sister, GeorgAn (Gordon) McFaul of The Villages, Florida and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
