Eileen Mae Smock

Eileen Smock, 85, of Hibbing, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at St. Raphael’s Health & Rehabilitation Center in Eveleth. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Range Funeral Home in Hibbing at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery. Pastor Rod Tuomi will officiate. Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Hibbing.

Eileen was born May 20, 1932 in Hibbing to Henry and Ruth (McDowell) Sanders. She graduated from Hibbing High School. Eileen married Ernest Smock on October 22, 1951 in Hibbing. She was a C.N.A. For 27 years.

Eileen like crocheting, reading, puzzles, bingo, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Eileen was preceded in death by her father, Henry; mother, Ruth; husband, Ernest; 3 grandchildren, Christopher, Casey and Jennifer Smock; 1 great granddaughter, Malorie Mlenek; 1 great grandson, Kaden Rogers; brothers, Spencer, David, Marlin, Duane and Guy; and son-in-law, Robert Hrovat.

She is survived by her:
