Darlene Reindahl (Lorentzson), age 76, of Virginia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at her home with her family.
Darlene was born on October 8, 1947, to Oscar and Jennie (Peterson) Lorentzson in Cotton, MN. She graduated from Cotton High School as Salutatorian. She held multiple jobs through the years, but Darlene was most recognized as a server at Grandma’s Grill in Virginia for 20 plus years.
Darlene was active in the First Covenant Church in Virginia; and enjoyed crafts/scrapbooking, camping, and eating ice cream. She walked around Bailey’s Lake every day for exercise and enjoyment. She loved taking road trips out West, and visiting the mountains or going on family vacations with her kids or cousins. She had a great sense of humor, and made everyone laugh and feel welcome.
She is survived by her husband, Sid Reindahl; her three boys: Brian Tanttu of Shaw, Brett Tanttu (Jennifer) of White Bear Lake, and Bradley (Julie) Tanttu of Burnsville; and grandchildren, Logan and Paige Tanttu.
Services will be held at the Range Funeral Home in Virginia on Monday, August 19th, 2024, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. and the service at 11:00 a.m. followed by a lunch at the Range Funeral Home Fellowship Hall.
