Beatrice Marie Grzybowski

Beatrice Marie Grzybowski, 91, of Hibbing, MN, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2018. A celebration of her life will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church (1108 East 8th Street) in Duluth. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 12:00 PM followed by the service at 1:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Range Funeral Home, Hibbing, MN.

Marie, (her preferred name), was born August 7, 1927, in Barnum, MN, the daughter of William and Martha (Fenske) Pratt. She married Louis Leo Grzybowski on November 28, 1945. They made their home in Hibbing, MN. Marie was primarily a homemaker and known as a talented seamstress and excellent cook. Everybody enjoyed her "Grandma buns" every holiday season. Her greatest passion was sewing for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was avid reader of mysteries, historical fiction, and political satire. She would also read technological manuals from cover to cover. She was always on top of birthdays and holidays. She took an active interest in, and loved, all members of her extended and blended family.

She is survived by her children, Steve (Diane) Wisniewski-Grzybowski of St. Cloud MN, Sally (Tim) Erkkila of Maple Grove MN, and Lisa Hanson, of Duluth, MN; and many dearly loved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Grzybowski; her parents, William and Martha Pratt; and her brother, William Pratt.
